Poser RC 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Poser RC products. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in “New Condition.” This means it must be unused, unmounted, unpainted, and free from any signs of wear or modification.

• All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items:

• Custom-made or special-order products

• Clearance or blemished items (marked as such at time of sale)

• Digital downloads or gift cards

How to start a return:

1. Contact us at [your email or contact form link] within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Once approved, ship the item back to us in secure packaging.

3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected and confirmed to be in new condition.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Poser RC One-Time Free Replacement Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your Poser RC body or part breaks during normal use, we’ll replace it one time for free — no questions asked.

Details:

• Coverage applies only to damage from normal usage — not from negligence, abuse, or modification.

• The replacement will be for the current version of the same product model.

• Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the replacement.

• Limited to one free replacement per original purchase.
